Washington D.C. - Colby Gottert was part of the “local voices” series

of speakers at the 2012 TEDx DuportCircle.  He spoke about the

opportunities and challenges of building Digital Development Communications in Madagascar.

Limpopo, South Africa - Colby Gottert filed the 3-minute trailer for “The Hunt for Kony” from Limpopo, South Africa and the video is currently featured on “BeastTV,” a video portal hosted by thedailybeast.com.  The video is a recap of Scott Johnson and Trevor Snapp’s recent trip into the jungles of Central African Republic and Democratic Republic of Congo as they were embedded in a Ugandan Army patrol hunting Joseph Kony and the LRA.

    Trevor Snapp, a photographer and director of photography who regularly works for DDC captured some fantastic video footage while also taking stills for Scott Johnson’s article in Newsweek.
