This film investigates the theory and practice of the SCALE approach. It documents how this innovative development model has stimulated system - wide change within the dairy industry in Kenya and the medicinal and aromatic plants sector in Morocco.  DDC produced this film for the USAID - funded GreenCom project in order to inform development practitioners around the world about the SCALE approach and its implications for scaling up development impact across a variety of sectors.
